SBMApp (Smart Building Management App) is a society management solution for housing societies, RWAs and apartment communities. It covers maintenance billing, online payments, visitor and vehicle management, complaints, facility booking, notices, voting and emergency contacts in one platform.
Download SBMApp from the Play Store or App Store, register your society and start your 7 day free trial. Our support team can also onboard your society for you.
SBMApp has roles for committee members and admins, residents, security guards and property managers. Each role sees only the tools and records it needs.
The committee sets up fixed or utility-based bills. SBMApp generates invoices, applies late payment penalties, collects payments online through UPI, cards and net banking, and keeps audit-ready statements.
Guards log visitors and vehicles at the gate. Residents approve entries from the app, guards can search and verify vehicles instantly, and emergency alerts help them act quickly.
Open Complaints in the app, describe the issue and add a photo. The committee assigns it to staff or a vendor, and you get status updates until it is resolved.
Yes. SBMApp works on Android and iOS smartphones, and the committee can also manage the society from the web.
Data is encrypted, hosted on AWS servers and protected with role-based access controls.
