We collect the details you give us when you register a society, create an account or contact us, such as your name, phone number, email, flat details and payment records.
How we use information
We use this information to run SBMApp for your society: generating bills, processing payments, logging visitors, handling complaints and sending notices.
How we protect information
Data is encrypted, hosted on AWS servers and protected with role-based access controls. Each user sees only the records their role needs.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with payment partners to process transactions, or when the law requires it.
